complex building project to serve the northern region -
Al Jahra:
The project consists of 18 different ministries and governmental
authorities. The authorities are represented in their full
organizational structure and are dedicated to administrative
workings only. These authorities own the largest area of the
project. On the other hand, authorities that are only branches
and are considered public services authorities and with a direct
contact with the audience own the other lower space of the
project.
All ministries and agencies are distributed from the ground floor
up to the eighth floor in addition to its own services from
bathrooms, cafeterias, meetings halls, training centers with a
capacity of 500 trainees, nursery on the ground floor with a
capacity of 100 children, in addition to a number of branches of
banks, restaurants and shops that serve the needs of the
building.
In the middle of the project is the main lobby that is in the center
of the four buildings. It has a height of 50 meters and includes
elements of vertical communication of elevators and ramps to
connect the parts of the project to each other. It also includes
internal gardens, in addition to the E building that contains
conference rooms (theater) with a capacity of 502 people, multi-
purpose hall with an area of 935 m², the main chapel of the
complex with a capacity of 336 people, ATM, commercial and
service spaces.
