Project components:
Administrative building includes senior management - Financial and Administrative Affairs Department - the legal
department and other departments - public shelter - parking.
Coordinating Command of the rear area building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: South of Sabhan - Project area: 15,000 m².
Project components:
Integrated building for the Coordinating Command Directorates operations, includes an integrated operations
center for senior security leaders, dealing with security, natural and industrial crises across the country, and their
relation with security and other civilian leaderships.
Special Educational Schools complex building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Education.
Project location: Hawalli – Al Oqaila – Al Jahra - Project area: 178.975 m² - 150,000 m² - 100,000 m².
Project components:
buildings for the following cases: building specialized to teach deaf and dumb cases and impeding movement and
cases of autism and Down – building for a natural remedy with swimming pools - education and slurred speech
therapy building
The new Palace of Justice building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Justice.
Project location: Al Qibla in front of the current Justice Palace in Kuwait city ( the capital ) .
Project area: 8000 m².
Project components:
Two buildings or towers (Tower 1 & Tower 2) each contain sessions halls and offices as well as parking.
The new maternity hospital
Beneficiary: Ministry of Health
Project location: Sabah Health Area – Kuwait city ( the capital ) - Project area: 51,000 m².
Project components:
The project aims to create a new maternity hospital with a capacity of 780 beds and will be linked to the existing
buildings.
Institutes of Musical Studies and Performing Arts
Beneficiary: Ministry of Higher Education - Project location: Mishrif - Project area: 46,135 m².
Project components: Musical Studies and Performing Arts collages of a space of 18,644 m².
