Follow / The most important future Construction Projects
First:
Project: The permanent headquarters of the Regional Organization for the Marine Environment
Protection:
The project is located in Kuwait city ( the capital ) – Ghirnata area – block 3.
Beneficiary: Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Project area: 5000 m2, including car parking.
The project consists of:
Senior management - Library - Press - hospitality - Financial Affairs, administrative and legal officials - Information
Systems - audit management and follow-up – public site – Computer and sensor section - exhibition and workshops -
stores.
Second:
The Experts management building in Al-Riqae project:
The project is located in Al Farwaniya governorate – Al Riqae area .
Beneficiary: Ministry of Justice.
Project area: 10,000 m².
The project consists of:
Administrative Offices for experts and senior management - Courts halls - meetings and conference rooms - training
rooms in, addition to files warehouses - Concrete Laboratory – Cars examination workshops and parking (basement
and multiple floors).
Third:
Project: Expropriation administration building for the public benefit and BOT:
The project is located in Hawalli – South of Al Surra – Ministries zone.
Beneficiary: Ministry of Finance.
Project area: 4670 m².
The project consists of:
Three departments allocated with the expropriation administration, including technical and administrative ones
Three departments for the B.O.T, technical and administrative, and a reception hall.
Fourth:
Project: General Department of Criminal Evidence building:
The project is located in Hawalli – South of Al Surra – Ministries zone.
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project area: 20,500 m².
The project consists of:
Crime Scene Department - Criminal Laboratory Department - Anti-fraud Department - Personal Investigation
Department - Support Services Department - Public Administration - Department of Forensic Medicine.
