State Guesthouse – the conservative’s wing and meeting rooms - offices for employees - multi-purpose halls.
Two adjacent buildings for the ministries of public works, and electricity and water
Beneficiary: Ministry of Public Works.
Project location: Hawalli – South Al Surra – Ministries zone - Project area: 137,000 m².
Project components:
Adjacent building to the Eastern side of the Ministry of Works western side of the Ministry of electricity. Each
building contains a ground floor and three floors as offices open for employees and three basements consist of car
parking. The new buildings will be linked to the current ones within the current architectural form. The two ministries
will also work to expand the existing parking facilities and several developments works in the existing buildings.
General Department of Criminal Investigations building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: Hawali Governorate – South Al Surra – A special Area for the Ministry of Interior’s uses.
Project area: 30,000 m².
Project components: Administrative building consisting of ten departments.
General Administration of Facilities Security building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: Mubarak Al Kabeer –Sabhan Industrial area - Project area: 40,000 m².

and its departments: Support Services Department - Institutions and Embassies Protection Department - Security
and Technical Systems Department - Operations Department - housing for officers and individuals - Shooting
Square - Mosque - arenas for training.
Correctional Institutions complex
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: Al Jahra – Sulaibiya - Project area: 180,750 m².
Project components: Four separate buildings for inmates, men and women - Training and Rehabilitation Center - a
public site - Hospital.
House Juvenile Care Complex
Beneficiary: Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
Project location: Al Jahra – Sulaibiya - Project area: 180,750 m².
Project components:
Central Administration - professional workshops - School - Mosque - Clinic – playing fields and a swimming pool -
three wards houses and administrative offices – House of social observation - House of social welfare – House of
social correction.
Headquarters building of the General Authority for Minors Affairs furnishing
Beneficiary: General Authority for Minors Affairs.
Project location: Kuwait city ( the capital ) – Al Mirgab - Project area: 10,000 m².
Project components:
Main building consisting of 25 floors – Two basements – Offices of a capacity of 1200 employee.
