The Most Important Future Construction Projects :
The New Police Hospital:
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Location: 92,371 m ².
Building Area: 370,000m ².
The project aims to provide better medical services and health care to the ministry’s employees and their families with a
capacity of 500 beds, and the development of an integrated plan for the operation of the new police hospital building according
to the latest cutting-edge and environmentally-friendly systems.
The hospital is located near the Sabah medical area, overlooking the Gamal Abdel Nasser road, and is characterized by its
location next to the Ministry of Health’s hospitals, which facilitates the use of expertise of the medical staff belonging to the
Sabah hospital.
The project consists of:
The main hospital building and is up 20 floors.
A separate outpatient building.
CPU services building.
Building for the accommodation of the medical staff.
Mosque.
Stage.
Helipad.
Parking building made up of four basements that can accommodate more than 3,000 cars.
And because the location is close to the coastline of the Gulf of Kuwait Beach, the design has been studied so that all the
rooms have views of the sea. The neighboring buildings also add shadows on each other in the summer and allow sunlight
entrance from the windows of the rooms in the winter. The project buildings occupy only 50% of the land area, making it easier
to add any building or work of any expansion of the project in the future.
The hospital is provided with all medical departments with a capacity of 500 beds and suites for senior officers, and are
considered the highest proportion of beds to serve the employees of the police in the case of hospital capacity, compared to
the proportion of the employees of the police with all the available beds in Kuwait from the Public and private hospitals.
The interior design of the police hospital from rooms and facilities is characterized by sophistication in addition to all the details
that have been considered, beginning from the waterfront and ending at the material finishing, furniture, all of that makes the
project a distinctive health building that reflects what we would like to give a policeman as a token of gratitude for their efforts
and dedication to the community service.
