- Projects - The most important Future projects
Musical Studies Institute and the Institute of Performing Arts:
(Presented)
Beneficiary: Ministry of Higher Education.
Location: 46.438 m ² space.
Building Area: 186.440 m ².
The project is located in Hawally area west Mishref Mubarak Al-Abdullah, Plot No. 6, and aims to create a campus for each of
the Music Institute and the Performing Arts Institute in addition to the buildings that belong to the two institutes.
The project consists of 2 basements on the entire ground surface and eight buildings and they are as follows:
• Music Institute building which consists of six repeated floors and a roof.
• The theater of the Institute of Music which consists of a 2 floors and a roof and it accommodates approximately 400 people.
• The institute of Performing Arts building which consists of 5 floors and a roof.
• The theatre of the Institute of Performing Arts which consists of 2 floors and a roof and which accommodates approximately
400 people.
• The gymnasiums and the cafeteria building which consists of 2 floors and a roof.
• a small mosque, of one floor.
• Academic council and the main library building which consists of 3 floors and a roof.
• the main theatre, which consists of 5 floors to accommodate about 1,500 people .
