The Juvenile Welfare compound:

Beneficiary: Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
Location: 35,000 m² space.
Building Area: 56,100 m².
The project is located in the south-west of Kuwait City, in Al Jahra governorate in Al Saleebiya region within the assigned area
of the central prison between the fifth ring road and the sixth ring road.
The project aims at creating a new compound for the care of juveniles and their families which brings together all those who
are related to them such as the juvenile court and juvenile prosecution and the Centre for providing an integrated service for
these children within the Ministry of Interior.
The project consists of a basement and a ground floor and two floors and includes several buildings which are:
Central Administration Building - resistant behavior building - the Public Prosecution building - social care building - the clinic -
school - social adaptation building – the mosque – the Professional workshops- Services Building – roofed Swimming Pool -
playgrounds and activities - green spaces – car park.
General Department of Criminal Investigation building:
The contact has been signed in September 2016 .
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Location: area of 30,000 m².
Building Area: 98,526 m².
The project is located in Hawally area south of Al-surra in the region dedicated to the uses of the Ministry of Interior.
The project aims at establishing a new headquarters for the General Department of Criminal Investigation that will have a
modern design, an innovative and practical nature of the building which has been designed according to the system (of smart
office building) for future use of the facilities to serve and meet the personnel requirements, and aims at creating a work
environment which enhance the efficiency and productivity of the office for research and investigation.
The project consists of:
Office building of four floors and includes a 12 departments, shelter, and two basements, as well as parking for 776 cars
that spread over a ground floor and the two basements.
