A brief about the project Project name
Location: Al Jahra governorate
5th ring road:
Renovation 7.6 of the main road to be 8 lanes instead of 6 lanes
except the Passages, and two lanes 5.5 km two ways on the two
sides of the road, plus build bridges and pedestrian bridges will
be installed.
Al-Dowha highway:
Connect the 5th ring road with Al-Dowha highway
Build 5 car bridges
Build roads, passages, lights, traffic signs, sanitary and other
engineering works to roads and crossroads.
Construct & complete intersections on the
western part of 5th ring road.
Location: Al Farwania governorate
Expand the main roads around the administrative & trading
center in Khaitan to be two lanes with traffic island and implement
other roads serve the new police station and the rest trading
centers plus many parking serve the Existing and future facilities
at area by extending the length of roads approximately (2.5km)
and parking size (36,500m2).
New internal roads and car parking to general benefit societies at
Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area block 5 by increasing the roads length
with approximately (1.7km) and parking size (16,578m2).
Build and fulfill roads and services in
Khaitan around the administrative & trading
center, & Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area around
the buildings specialized for general benefit
societies.
Location: Al Farwania governorate
Improve the standard of traffic service at Avenue's mall area
according to the traffic crowded at area and this project involves
some suggestions for examples:
- Direct entry from AlGhazali road going south to the side road 2
parallel the Avenue's mall.
- Entry & Exit from the side road 2 parallel the Avenue's mall
north to the linked road between the airport road and AlGhazali
road.
- Direct entry from the 5th ring road both sides to the eastern
side road parallel the Avenue's mall.
- New road connect the airport road and AlGhazali road with 3
lanes.
Construct, complete & maintenance roads
and bridges and sewage drainage and
rainwater drainage sewers between the Fifth
Ring Road and Al-Ghazali and Muhammad
bin Qasim Street.
The project involves Study the possibility of improving and
developing the existing road (30) which suffers crowded traffic
so that road has to be improved to cope with this increase and to
improve the traffic services standard.
Implement, fulfill and maintenance of
Fahaheel highway road (road 30).
