Al Manqaf Suburb Center project
Location :Al Manqaf Suburb – block 2 – Al Ahmadi Governorate .
The beneficiary: Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
Total site area : 39,493 m².
Building area : 35,220 m².
The project aims to provide basic services to citizens, represented in the government service centers and
shopping services as well as various entertainment areas as wide open spaces and green parks, which provides
them with comfort and meet all their needs.
The project consists of :
• Police station building.
• Super market – Administration heavy duty shops.
• Government offices: the post office - Municipal office -
the Office of the Ministry of Commerce.
• Social Development building.
• Car Parking building.
• Landscaping and external works .
