The suburb centers in Kuwait is distinct from the others in any other country in provision in its many and
varied services.
The multiplicity of services that those centers provide from super markets , police station , health center ,
public library , Postal services, main mosque in addition to multi other serves .
So the Ministry of Public Works gives them a special importance as they are servicing projects which
serve the people’s needs directly and it deals with their daily transactions.
The ministry had completed several suburban centers in different areas over the past year.
Abu Fateera Suburb Center project
Location : Abu Fateera Suburb – Mubarak Al Kabeer
Governorate .
The beneficiary: Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
Total site area : 84,652.3m².
Building area : 41,492.68 m².
The project consists of :
• Super market – Administration heavy duty shops.
• Police station building.
• Community Plaza.
• Retail Shops - Post office - Municipality - Bank.
• Social Development building.
• Multi-purpose hall .
• Three Electric Sub-stations.
• Underground Water tank.
• Landscaping and external works .
• Car Parking.
