The Most Important Future Road Projects:
Building up and providing maintenance for roads and other services Al Farawanya region plot number 5.
The project aims at developing the roads in Al Farawanya region plot number (5) and is designed to reduce traffic jamming
and allow for ease of movement to and from the region and raise the level and efficiency of roads, through the development of
roads, parking lots and new intersections to serve the residents and the visitors of the region, which is characterized by high
population density and the presence of buildings services such as schools and health centers and other buildings affiliated to
the Ministry of Interior, in addition to the implementation of sewage and sanitary network and rain drainage and other services (
Electricity / Lighting / phone / agriculture .... ).
The total length of roads in this project is 7.601 km.
Construction and maintenance of roads, rain water canals, drainage and other services east of Al Sulaibikhat:
The project is located in the capital province.
It aims at building up, the execution and maintenance of infrastructure and road network to serve government institutions and
existing service buildings in the region in addition to the building of the constitutional Court, as well as the setting up of park to
serve those buildings.
The total length of roads in the project is 3.14 km.
Setting up and maintenance of rain drainage systems, in the northern, southern and western regions:
The project serves the northern, southern and western regions of the State of Kuwait and is designed to create and maintain
networks and the systems for the disposal of rainwater.
Construction and maintenance of roads between Kabd and the industrial zone in Al Saleebiyah the second group
(internal roads):
The project is located Al Jahra.
It aims to accommodate the increasing traffic density due to the urban development and population growth in these areas
through raising the capacity of the roads and raising the standard of services.
The project includes:
Developing the best possible plan for the current and proposed roads which can link all the possible entrances of industrial
zones and residential areas.
Implementation of engineering and traffic studies for safety, economy, the environment and other important studies of the
proposed routes.
Implementation of the theoretical and detailed engineering design of the express roads, bridges and infrastructure works.
Implementation of construction supervision services.
The establishment and development of roads and intersections to serve the new terminal in Kuwait International
Airport on the road to Al Mugwa’:
The project is located in Al Farwaniya Governorate.
And it aims to develop the road network on the road Mugwa’ and the surrounding area to serve traffic flow resulting from
the expansion of the airport, so as to accommodate all sizes and densities of traffic expected until 2030.
