The building accommodates an occupancy number of 3647 employees and includes several segments, which are:
The Minister Office - Undersecretary Office - educational facilities - Administrative and Legal Affairs - Financial Affairs - special education and
qualitative - scientific research and curricula - public education - education development - planning and information….., and the
implementation of animated cutouts system, which increases the absorptive capacity of the staff and make it possible to reorganize the office
easily.
The project includes a hanged glass library extended on two floors in the north tower. The interface of the library contains a 244 m² billboard
and is the largest billboard in Kuwait with a High Resolution by LED lighting that are programmed by computer to view images or advertising or
any educational message, or welcoming a delegation.
Also it includes a capacity of up to 600-People Theater and has been provided with the latest technological devices and also features
simultaneous translation to four languages and broadcast the sound by headphones for the hearing impaired system. The parking is located in
three floors in the basement below the building, the staff and visitors can reach to the inner courtyard of the building from the parking lots
across the elevators and escalators.
