Ishbiliya Suburb Center project :
The suburb centers in Kuwait is distinct from the others in any other
country in provision in its many and varied services.
The multiplicity of services that those centers provide from super markets
, police station , health center , public library , Postal services, main
mosque in addition to multi other serves which gives these centers
uniqueness from any other place.
So the Ministry of Public Works gives them a special importance as they
are servicing projects which serve the people’s needs directly and it
deals with their daily transactions , in addition to multiple facilities that the
citizen participates in with their own money such as super markets which
later benefits them .
Project consists of :
A police station that consists of a basement and two floors in an area of
6535 m².
Central Market - shops - municipal offices - the Ministry of Commerce
and Industry offices - Ministry of Electricity and Water offices - Social unit
consists of a basement and two floors divided into 5 blocks on an area of
31,784 m².
Post Office at 1370 m² space, Library on 3022 m² space, Parking and
Exterior yards on 12223 m² space.

Headquarters of the General Authority for Environment
Project :
Completion date: July 2013
The project is located in Kuwait city ( the capital ) –Al Shuwaikh industrial
area on an area of 11862 m².
It is one of the achievements of the Ministry of Public Works, which
follows the Council of Ministers "Environment Public Authority" as a
beneficiary.
The project includes two main components: the administrative and the
laboratory, the distribution of these two elements on the building has
been done according to the level of functionality, nature of usability, and
the level of privacy.
Project Description :
The building consists of a ground floor which includes public service
elements such as the theater, exhibition, the library, the Office of Studies
and Research, the Office of Public Relations and environmental Media,
as well as five floors including various administrative offices, meeting
rooms and services that commensurate with the General Authority for
Environment’s requirements.
It also contains two basements, the first one is allocated to facilities
management services, parking and servicing elements of the building.
The other building is allocated to the parking for users of the building.
