The Expats Housing project – Shedadiya:
The project aims to provide suitable accommodation for
expatriate workers and be close to their places of work and
includes all the necessary services.
The project is located in Al-Farwaniya governorate – Industrial
Sheddadiya area in an area of 100,00 m² in order to
accommodate up to 8096 worker.
The beneficiary: Ministry of Finance
Project components:
Residential buildings (23 buildings, 4 floors high).
Mosques.
Medical point.
Playgrounds and open yards.
Electricity substations.
Main gate room.
Water tank site.
Sewage treatment plant site.
Future uses sites.
Commercial areas.
Services and administrative uses and Security point.
Forth:
Hawalii Educational area building project:
Completion date: July 2013
The project is located in Al-Salmiya – Hawalii governorate on an
area of 14,040 m².
It is one of the Ministry of Public Works’ achievements which
benefit the Ministry of Education.
It is part of a series of school districts projects nationwide that
are implemented by the ministry as assigned by the beneficiaries
for the implementation of projects in accordance with the terms
and conditions that they specify.
Project components:
17-story administrative building.
A Roof floor and a machines room floor.
Two-floors basement.
In addition to the cosmetic landscaping with an area of 3750m².
