Public buildings and infrastructure of the new
Khairan area project:
Completion date: August 2013.
The new Khairan area is located South of the state of
Kuwait – Al Ahmadi Governorate. It consists of several
residential, commercial, and industrial suburbs.
The project aims to create public buildings ,(14) buildings
distributed on the three residential blocks (2,3,7) of the first
suburb, in addition to the infrastructure of the suburb’s
center of the city of the new Khairan city.
The project contains construction and accomplishment and
maintenance of the important and necessary public
buildings for the various ministries of the state , to serve
the Citizens .
A number of 3 mosques follows the Ministry of Awqaf and
Islamic affairs were implemented.
Also some buildings were implemented for the Ministry of
Education which is included a Kindergarten school building
and a number of 2 boys intermediate school building and
the other is for girls , and a residential buildings for
teachers ( male & female ).
Also some buildings were implemented for the Ministry of
interior as the police station and the Citizen Service
Center and the Periodic leadership building , as well as the
implementation of the electricity emergency building of the
Ministry of Electricity and Water, and the central building of
the air conditioning units.
Also a health care center building were implemented for
the Ministry of Health .
Among the project implemented works, the infrastructure
of the area like roads , drainage of rain water networks
for the purposes of information all the previous works has
already been implemented in coordination with all the
concerned ministries until the project is accomplished
according to the latest and best work requirements .
