Achievements
Completion date: August 2014
The project aims to improve, develop, and increase the
performance of the road network in accordance with the
latest global standards and international standard
specifications for highways, streamline the traffic, and
raise the traffic safety level on the road network.
The project includes the construction of flyovers to get
around intersections with the introduction of service roads
and create all services related to roads, bridges and
tunnels.
The project serves the entrances and exits of Saad Al-
Abdullah area, Industrial Amghara Area, Al Jahra
Industrial Area, and Al Naseem Area.
The project consists of:
4 flyovers to get around intersections No. 3 and No. 1.
A free full-length intersection and a flyover of 800 meters
long on intersection No. 4.
A free full-length intersection in roundabout No. 5 with 2
loops.
Construction of a tunnel and a roundabout above it in
intersection No. 7.
Deportation of electricity, water, and phone services, and
create all the services associated with roads and bridges
and tunnels.
