The capital Educational area building project in Sharq
Location : Sharq – Block 4 – Al Asima governorate.
Total site area : 5488 m².
Total building area : 26044.22 m².
It is one of the projects that have been implemented by the Ministry of Public Works for the Beneficiary "Ministry of
Education" and is among a series of educational areas projects in several provinces accomplished by the ministry
as mandated by the beneficiaries to implement projects in accordance with the terms and conditions that they
specify, The Educational area building in Mubarak Al-Kabeer has been accomplished in November 2012, and the
educational area building in Hawali has been accomplished in July 2013.
The project consists of:
2 basements for car parking that accommodate up to 150 cars.
Ground floor and Mezzanain.
14 recurring floors, a lower and an upper surface.
External cosmetic cultivation with an area of 3750 m².
The building accommodates 700 employees.
