that the Ministry of Public Works is willing to discuss during the upcoming visit
of His Highness the Amir Sheikh / Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah - may
God protect him to Russia (Moscow) next autumn.

Minister Sheikh / Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to a number of European
countries.
