Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the State of Kuwait and the
Government of the Kingdom of Spain regarding the cooperation between the two countries in
the field of transport’s infrastructure:

the memorandum aims to strengthen and increase cooperation between the
State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Spain, the memorandum of understanding
between the Ministry of Public Works (Kuwait) and the Ministry of Public Works
and Transport (Kingdom of Spain) on cooperation in the field of infrastructure
and transportation, which includes cooperation in the field of highways and
transport and the development of ports, the safety of the environment and the
protection of water bodies, logistical and administrative services, and technical
training for employees has been signed on April 15, 2014 in Kuwait City and
enforced on October 6, 2014.

البيئة وحماية ، اختبارات المواد ، ضبط مقاييس الجودة ، أساليب التعاقد لتنفيذ عقود
المقاولات والإتفاقيات الإستشارية، والتدريب الفنى للعاملين.
توقيع تم المذكرة بتاريخ9 أكتوبر 2014 بمدينة بدولة طوكيو اليابان خلال وذلك معالي زيارة

The memorandum aims to strengthen and increase cooperation between the
State of Kuwait and Japan. The memorandum of cooperation between the
Ministry of Public Works (Kuwait) and the Ministry of land, infrastructure and
transport and tourism (the State of Japan) has been signed, which include the
development of infrastructure, health engineering projects and wastewater
treatment, the rapid development of transport roads and ports, environmental
protection and safety, materials testing, quality control measures, contracting
methods to carry out construction contracts and consulting agreements, and
technical training for workers.
It was signed on October 9, 2014 in Tokyo, Japan, during the visit of Her
Excellency the Minister of Planning and Minister of Social Affairs and Labour /
Hind Al-Subaih.
