Beneficiary: Ministry of Health.

Completion progress until December 2014: 8.81%
The goal of this project is to establish an autonomous
building for the institution in order to develop and train the
doctors.
The building shall include the public secretariat of the
institution and various activates for all of the medical
specialties.
The project is located in Al-Sabah Health area Al-
is bordered by Kuwait bay from the north . It is
far from east of Kuwait city by ( 11 ) km.
This project consists of :
An oval shape building , in the center of the building there
is a space with a great fountain shaped with pharmacy
and medicine logo , a glass dome on top of approximately
1000 m² in order to provide a natural light for a
comfortable and a motivating environment.
The building consists of 2 underground basements for a
parking lot.
A ground floor consists of a parking lot and aesthetic
areas
Eight frequent floors .
Location space : 15,000 m².
The total space of the building : 73,000 m².
Building height : 52 m.
Parking capacity : 547.
