Project location: Mubarak Al Abdulla.
Project area: 8,000 m2.
Project components:
 A building consisting of 6 floors, containing
administrative offices and its services.
 Three basements for car parking.
 It also contains a hideout and an operation
room.
 In addition to gardens, roads and aqueous
elements.
Current Status :
Presenting & awarding stage .
A letter from the Documents & Contracts Department has
been received regarding the amendment and sending a
letter to the beneficiary for the initial approval on the
project’s designs. A letter from the Control & Audit
requesting the new financial approval for the financial
year 2016/2017, and a letter has been received from the
Implementation Department regarding the capability of
direct supervision on the project.
Expected contract signing date is 07/2016.

 10 stores for the Ministry of Public
Works, each store contains
administrative offices, storage room with
ample space for archiving, basement for
each store, chapel, centralized security
control, toilets, parking for employees
and visitors.
Current Status :
pre-presenting stage.
The Ministry of Finance has been notified
of the project’s rejection on 3/8/2016.
The project is currently suspended, awaiting
the Ministry of Finance’s response.
