Implementation, completion and maintenance of the treated water transport line
from the DMC to the Wafra pumping station – Phase D3 – and its affiliated works
نبذة عل المشروعـ :
1 مال المخارج الاحتيااطي لخاط ـا تورياد وتركياب خاط الميااه المعالجاة رباعياا
الخروج بمحطة الضخ ( DMC/Wafra ) الحالية بمنطقة ( DMC ) ن إلى موقع
بخزاناااات ومحطاااة ضاااخ كباااد بقطااار خزاناااات الميااااه بمنطقاااة الاااوفرة مااارورا
) مااام 0061 ( مااال حدياااد الااادكتايل بطاااول إجماااالي حاااوالي ) كااام 49( حاااوالي
مل ) كم 5.63 ( DMC) إلى ) مجمع مياه كبد ن وحوالي ) كم 5.75 ( مل مجمع
مياه كبد إلى مجمع مياه الوفرة .
2 ـ توريد وتركيب نظام كبح المياه المرتدة ويشمل إنشاء ( Surge Vessels )
ن لكاال ماال مااوقعي DMC) ن كبااد ) بسااعة حااوالي ) ³م 006 ن ³م 004 ( علااى
التاوالي ماع تنفياذ عادد (4 ) ربطاات ماع الخاط الحاالي ( قطـاـر مال ) مام 0061
( G.R.P ) إضافة مضخة إضافية داخل محطة ضخ كبد بنفس مواصفات القائمة
لزيادة قدرة الضخ إلى الوفرة .
3 ـ إنشــاء غرفة جديـدة لدخـول المياه بالجهة المقابلـة بكل مال خزاناـات كباـد و
الوفرة Inlet Chamber مع الإضافات المرتبطة بها وتنفيذ B Pass

خط الدخول الحالي والمقترح لحالات الطوارئ .
4 ـا إنشااء خاط نقال معلوماات ماواز للخاط المقتارح ( Fiber Optics ماع )
تعديلت وربطات جديدة للخط الجديد مع غرف التحكم بالمواقع اليلية DMC ن
وكبد ن والوفرة .
5 ـ تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية المطلوبة للمضخة الإضافية بمحطة ضخ كبد وجميع
المحابس والمعدات الجديدة بالمشروع .

Project’s overview:
1 - supply and installation of the quad-treated water line
from the spare exit of the outline in the current pumping
station (DMC / Wafra) in Al-Wafra area, to the water
tanks site in Al-Wafra area through the tanks and
Kabd’s pumping station with a diameter of (1600 mm) of
ductile iron of a total length of about (94 km ), about
(36.5 km) from (DMC) until Kabd’s water complex, and
about (57.5 km) of Kabd’s water complex to Al-Wafra’s
complex water
2- supply and installation of bounced water restraint
system that includes the establishment of (Surge
Vessels), for each of the sites (DMC), (Kabd) with a
capacity of about (400 cubic meters), (600 cubic
meters), respectively, with the implementation of (4)
links with the current line of a diameter (1600 mm ) of
(GRP), and adding an additional pump inside the Kabd’
pump station with the same current specifications to
increase the pumping capability to Al-Wafra
3- Create a new room to receive the water from the
opposite direction of each of the tanks of (Kabd) and
(Wafra’s) (Inlet Chamber) with the associated additions
and the implementation of a (B Pass) between the
current access line that is and proposed for
emergencies.
4- Create a parallel information transmission line for the
proposed line (Fiber Optics) with amendments and new
links for the new line with control rooms for the three
sites (DMC, Kabd, and Wafra).
5- implementation of electrical work required for the
additional pump in Kabd’s pumping station and all
valves and new equipment of the project.
Implementation period: 24 months (730 days)
