The Implementation Department undertakes supervising the implementation of sanitary engineering project contracts. The Implementation Department comprises the following sections:
- Supervision Section.
- Project-System Section.
It supervises handing over worksites to contractors, in coordination with the Supporting Services Section, and prepares the start-work order. It also supervises the implementation of sanitary engineering projects, and ensures that the implemented work and the materials used meet the criteria and specifications in the contract. Moreover, it reviews and audits the accomplished work and documents monthly and the final work delivered of project, in addition to comparing them to the contract quantity and ensuring that is not exceeded with the competent departments.
