The Environmental Affairs Department undertakes supervising the sanitary drainage (networks, pumping and lifting stations, purification stations, and portable treatment plants) with regards to the related environment problems and finding the suitable solutions. It also receives the citizens and residents complaints on the emission of bad odors or leakage of wastewater to basements, and finds the suitable solutions in coordination with the related entities.
