About the Planning and Development Office

The Planning and Follow-up Office undertakes preparing the work plans and strategies at the Road Engineering Sector. It prepares monthly and annual reports on workflow, annual budget, and the five-year plan. In addition, it undertakes issuing and auditing the monthly and final payments for the Sector projects and agreements.
The Planning and Follow-up Office comprises the following sections:
  • Planning Section.
  • Accounting Section.
The Department coordinates with the Planning and Development Sector to prepare the general strategy and development plan for the Road Engineering Affairs Sector. In addition, it prepares the annual budget for the Road Affairs Sector projects in partnership with the competent entities.
