A Statement about the Tracks and the main directions of the development plan
 The first track:
Facing the current challenges and imbalances:
First: facing economic development challenges:
Improving the development-supporting infrastructure in line with population growth requirements and meeting the
needs of development and the vision of the development of the state. The State seeks in this regard to adopt the
separation between the operator and regulator and the private sector involvement in power generation and water
desalination through allocating a number of the current production plants and the allocation of new ports management
such as the new airport to raise the efficiency of the operation, also completing the establishment of residential cities
companies. The government also will continue its efforts in infrastructure development in the field of transport and
communications through more than 1,440 kilometers of main roads as well as the operating Sheikh / Jaber Hospital
and the creation of new residential areas.
