Government center for testing, quality
control and research
 The totaled revenue is 403,944 KD, an increase of 16.5% from the previous year.
 The number of tests and certificates of accreditation: 7135 certifications and tests, an increase of 22% from the
previous year.
 The number of students who have been trained in the Center: 26 students from the College of Technological Studies
specialized in (Chemistry - Physics).
 Train 24 students from the Collage of Technological Studies specialized in Civil Engineering - ways in road
laboratories.
 The number of newly recruited engineers who have been trained at the center is 54 engineers.
 Preparation and issuance of services fees booklet provided by the government center.
 Cooperation and coordination with the Information systems center to launch the electronic payment service on the
ministries’ website for all the services provided by the government center.
 The coordination for a lecture in the occupational health of workers in the laboratory (Ergonomics in the Labs) has
been held, where Dr.Samira Al-Jadi has lectured from the Faculty of Supporting Medical Sciences on 11/12/2014 at
the Kuwait University’s Lectures Hall in the Government Center.
