The Prevention Sector of the General Fire Service Department project:
Location: West Mishrif – Hawalli governorate.
Total land area: 12,000 m².
The project has been completed by the Ministry of Public Works on the beneficiary’s budget, which is the General Fire Service
Department , The project is considered one of the most important Official facilities in the State for its prominent role in providing
the management facilities to serve the fire department in the state of Kuwait.
The project consists of:
A 7-storey office building that has met all the General Fire Service
department’s requirements, from offices, meeting rooms, a
conference hall, library, and a chapel, it also includes a parking
basement.
The project’s statistical statements:
The total area of the basement: 2,000 m².
Ground Floor Area: 1,700 m².
Five upper floors with a total area: 8,000 m².
The top surface area: 300 m².
The Jahraa governorate building project:
Location: On the outskirts of Al-Jahra area on the Fourth Ring Road in a vital area because of the smooth traffic flow and ease
of access to it after the completion of road works in Al-Jahraa highway and linking it with Jaber Al-Ahmad City .
Beneficiary: The Council of Ministers.
Total land area: 14,847 m².
The project consists of: A basement, a ground floor, and a first
floor, in addition to green spaces and parking lots. A tent has also
been established to cover the parking and the building’s entrance,
and gives it an aesthetically pleasing sight.
The basement (1800 m².) consists of: parking, stores, generating
station, and a shelter.
Ground Floor (2260 m².): Diwaniyah, central kitchen, and offices.
First Floor (1460 m².): secretarial offices, staff offices, and the
governor's office.
Parking Area: 1000 m².
Landscaping Area: 1400 m².
