The most important construction projects :
Financial and Administrative Affairs Department of the Ministry of Interior building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: North of Sabhan – site area: 40,900 m².
Project components: Administrative building that includes the General Directorate for Financial Affairs - General Directorate
for Administrative Affairs - Social Security Fund - Investment Projects Department - Parking - Selected Affairs Department.
General Directorate for Investigation building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: South of Sabhan – site area: 20,000 m².
Project components: Administrative building includes senior management - Financial and Administrative Affairs Department
the legal department and other departments - public shelter - parking.
Coordinating Command of the rear area building
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: South of Sabhan – site area: 15,000 m².
Project components: Integrated building for the Coordinating Command Directorates operations, includes an integrated
operations center for senior security leaders, dealing with security, natural and industrial crises across the country, and their
relation with security and other civilian leaderships.
The New Pediatric Hospital
Beneficiary: Ministry of Health.
Project location: Sabah Health area - Site area: 120,939 m².
Project components: Integrated specialized hospital for children with a capacity of 792 bed.
Ahmadi Governorate building
Beneficiary: Council of Ministers .
Project location: Al Ahmadi Governorate - site area: 24,000 m².
Project components: State Guesthouse – the conservative’s wing and meeting rooms - offices for employees - multi-purpose
halls.
Correctional Institutions complex
Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
Project location: Al Jahra – Sulaibiya - site area: 180,750 m².
Project components: 4separate buildings for inmates, men and women - Training and Rehabilitation Center - a public site
Hospital.
Al Safat Post office
Beneficiary: Ministry of Communications .
Project location: Al Asima - Site area: approximately 6,000 m².
Project components: 4 basements used as car parking, electricity and services , 6 floors used completely for the office’s
departments , 2 floors for the building’s services (HVAC building and water tanks of all kinds).
Two towers of approximately 24 floor used specially for complementary services and the mail activity’s supporting
companies.
