The Most Important Construction Future Projects :
General Department of Criminal Evidence building:

Beneficiary: Ministry of Interior.
The project is located in Hawalli – South of Al Surra – Ministries zone .
Site area: 20,500 m².
The criminal Evidence building for collection, examination, and registration of criminal evidence shall be the leading scientific
laboratory in the area . Opportunities shall be opened for the state of Kuwait to expand in the field of criminal evidence tasks.
It will transfer from its traditional role as in collecting and confirming the evidence to be a vital organization of crime prevention
and protection, The project consists of the following departments :
Public Administration - Criminal Laboratory Department - Crime Scene - Department of Forensic Medicine - Anti-fraud
Department - Personal Investigation and automatic research Department – Quality control – research, development and
training department - Support Services Department – operations.
Public Authority for Civil Information Branch building in Al-Ahmadi Governorate:
(The contract has been signed in October 2016)
Beneficiary: Public Authority for Civil Information.
Project location: Al-Ahmadi Governorate – South of Al Subahiya area .
Site area: 2000 m².
Project components:
Public Authority for Civil Information branch building to serve the residents of the region, which consists of a ground, first, and
second floors, in addition to two basements for parking and offices.
National Security Building:
(Presented)
Beneficiary: Council of Ministers.
Project location: Mubarak Al Abdulla.
Site area: 8,000 m².
Project components:
A building consisting of 6 floors, containing administrative offices and its services, Three basements for car parking.
It also contains a hideout and an operation room, in addition to gardens, roads and aqueous elements.
Headquarters building of the General Authority for Minors Affairs furnishing:

Beneficiary: General Authority for Minors Affairs.
Project location: Kuwait city ( the capital ) – Al Mirgab.
Project area: 10,000 m².
Project components:
Main building consisting of 25 floors – Two basements – Offices of a capacity of 1200 employee.
