الوضع الحالي :
جاري التنسيق مع بلدية الكويت
بشأن إزالة التعارضات مع مزارع الوفرة
في هذا الجزء بالاجتماع الذي سيعقد
للجنة إزالة التعديات بين البلدية
والاشغال للتفاق على الاجراءات التي
سيتم اتخاذها بهذا الشأن وقبل
السير باجراءات طرح المناقصة.
The current status :
A coordination is underway
with Kuwait Municipality about
removing the obstacles with
Al-Wafra farms in this part by the
meeting that will be held for the
removing the encroachments com-
mittee between the municipality
and MPW to agree on the proce-
dures that will be taken about this
matter and before proceeding with
the presenting the tender proce-
dures .

تم استلم كل ملحظات وزارة المالية
والفتوى والتشريع وجاري تعديل
الأصول والشروط على أساسها
ومراجعة المستندات الفنية بصورة
نهائية تمهيداً لطرح المناقصة حسب
الخطة وجاري تسليم وتثبيت حرم
الطريق خالي من العوائق مع بلدية
الكويت.
The current status :
All the notes had been received
from MOF andDepartment for
Legal Advice and Legislation, and
modification is underway for the
assets and conditions based on
the notes, and revising the techni-
cal documents in a final form in
preparation to present the tender
according to the plan, and deliver-
ing the right of way is underway
without any obstacles with Kuwait
Municipality.
