تعتبــر وزارة الأشــغال العامــة الجهــة الرســمية المنــاط بهــا
إبــراز الوجــه الحضــاري والنهضــة العمرانيــة لدولــة الكويــت
الحبيب ـة ، ولتحقي ـقه ـذا اله ـدف المنشـود ، دأب ـت ال ـوزارة ممثل ـة
بجمي ـع العاملي ـن به ـا بب ـذل الجه ـود الدؤوب ـة ، لتذلي ـل العراقي ـل
التــييمكــن أن تعيــق تنفيــذ المشــروعاتوالبرامــج التنمويــة
المختلف ـة الت ـيته ـدف إل ـىجع ـل دول ـة الكوي ـتمح ـط أنظـار
العالـمكمركـز جـذب اقتصـادي وتجـاري ومالـي ، وذلـك تحقيقـاً
للتوجيهـات السـامية لحضـرةصاحـب السـمو أميـر البـاد حفظـه
اللهورعــاه وســمو ولــيعهــده الأميــن وســمو رئيــسمجلــس
ال ـوزراء حفظهمـا الله، وإن تل ـك التوجيهـات تمث ـلمن ـارة نهت ـدي
بهــا فــي أداء عملنــا .
وممــا لاشــكفيــه فقــد خطــتوزارة الأشــغال فــي الســنوات
الماضيـة خطـواتواسـعة فـيتحقيـق تلـك الرؤيـة والتوجيهـات
السـامية، فق ـد أخ ـذتعل ـىعاتقه ـا مسـؤولية تنفي ـذ ذل ـكم ـن
خ ـال إسـهاماتها المختلف ـة ف ـيشـتىمج ـالات التنمي ـة، سـواء
كانــتبشــرية أو اقتصاديــة أو عمرانيــة، تلــك الإســهامات التــي
تخ ـدم الوطـن والمواطـن والمقي ـمعل ـىح ـدس ـواء. فق ـد كان
لل ـوزارةشـرف إنجـاز كثي ـر م ـن المشـروعات الت ـيتخـدم مختل ـف
قطاعــاتومؤسســات الدولــة، فقــد أنيــط بهــــا مهــام دراســة
وتخطيــط المــدن، كـــما قامــتببنــاء العديــد مــن المنشــآت
الرياضي ـة والتربوي ـة والصحي ـة ومبان ـيحكومي ـة وغيرهـا، كذل ـك
حرصـتعلـى اسـتحداثشـبكاتطـرق داخليـة وخارجيـة متطـورة
بهـدف ربـط المناطـق ببعضهـا البعـض، وذلـكمراعـاة لقاطنـي
تلـك المناطـق، وتوفيـراً لأقصـىدرجـات الراحـة والأمـن والاسـتقرار
لهـم، بالإضافـة إلـى البحـثعـنكلمـا هـو جديـد ومتطـور مـن
خطـطوبرامـج تنمويـة هادفـة تسـهم فـي رفعـة وازدهـار وطننـا
الحبيــب .
ختام ـا أق ـدم الشـكر الجزي ـل ل ـكلم ـنعمـل بإخـاصم ـن أجـل
كويــت أفضــل وغــدً مزدهــر، مــع تمنياتنــا للجميــع بالتوفيــق
والســداد.
The Ministry of Public Works is the official body that
represents civilization and the urban renaissance of our
beloved country. In order to achieve this objective, the
ministry, along with all its employees, exerted their best
efforts to overcome all the obstacles that may obstruct
the execution of different projects and development
programs that aim to present Kuwait to the world as an
economic, commercial, and financial attraction center.
By doing so, we are following the wise guidance of His
Highness the Amir of Kuwait, HH the Crown Prince,
and HH the Prime Minister, may Allah preserve them
all. Their instructions are our guiding light to achieve
our mission.
Over the past few years, the ministry has undoubtedly
taken huge steps in accomplishing this mission
and following these wise directives, as it took full
responsibility to achieve that through offering different
contributions in various areas of development including
constructional, economical, and human development.
These contributions serve the country and its citizens,
both Kuwaitis and Non-Kuwaitis equally.
The ministry was honored to execute many projects that
served variant sectors and institutions in the country, as
it was responsible of studying and designing the cities. it
was also responsible of building educational, sports and
health institutions. In addition to different governmental
buildings. Since the ministry is considerate of the
citizens’ comfort, safety and stability, and looks for
new and advanced development programs, it keened to
develop advanced internal and external road networks to
connect all the areas together.
In conclusion, I sincerely thank everyone who
worked hard and remained dedicated to provide a better
and flourished future for Kuwait, wishing everyone
every success.
