Planning is the base that determines the path to
achieve development and cultural renaissance,
Under the slogan of “New Kuwait”, the
Planning Department of the Planning and
Development sector will issue a bulletin for future
projects which includes the projects of the Ministry
of Public Works in the pre-implementation stages.
The thirteenth issue includes the construction
projects which are implemented for the various
governmental bodies and institutions, as well as the
sanitary engineering projects which aim to develop
the infrastructure through the establishment of
sewage lines and networks, pumping and lifting
stations and their maintenance, and maintenance
engineering projects, which aim at preserving the
governmental buildings and facilities, roads and
sewage networks.
The bulletin also included the contracts and
agreements of the airport projects for the new
passenger terminal at Kuwait International Airport
(II). The contract was signed for the design and
study of package No. 3 for the aircrafts’ parking
areas and corridors, and service buildings of the
new passenger terminal at Kuwait International
Airport (II) on 12/7/2018, and the works have been
started on 1/8/2018
