General Conditions for Bids/Auctions

It is required for the merchant, an individual, a company, or an organization, to be Kuwaiti and registered in the commercial register, the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the supplier register in the Ministry, and the Central Tender Committee for the current year.
As for practices related to computer hardware and software, in addition to the abovementioned, it is required for the merchant to be registered in the Central Agency for Information Technology for the current year.
The tenderer may be foreigner provided that he has a Kuwaiti partner of deputy by an official accredited contract.
The tenderer must not be a member in the Central Tender Committee or an employee in the Ministry of public Works.
Payment can be done in either of the following two ways:
A-The selected points of payment (the Ministry of Public Works – Financial Affairs Department – Treasury Section)
B-The portal of the Ministry by using the electronic payment card (K-net)
