The Administrative Development Department undertakes the preparation and implementation of training and qualification plans and programs. It lists the training needs in cooperation with the Civil Service and National Manpower Commission. In addition, it undertakes preparing the organizational studies, developing functional and administrative structures and work methods, and simplifying the work procedures
