The Planning and Follow-up Office undertakes preparing work plans and strategies in the Maintenance Engineering Sector. It also creates a compressive database for information on roads, sanitary and rainwater drainage networks and government work which the Ministry undertakes its maintenance in various governorates. In addition, it prepares monthly and annual reports on the workflow, annual budget, and five-year plan. Furthermore, it audits executive lists and issues the monthly and final payments on the Sector project.
