The Road and Network Maintenance Department undertakes inspecting the non-highway networks, rainwater and sanitary drainage networks to propose the necessary maintenance work. It also oversees the implementation of related maintenance contracts, and follows-up on the received complaints. The Road and Network Maintenance Department in each governorate comprises the following departments and units:
- Planning Section.
- Supervision Section.
- Emergency Unit.
