​Specializations of Organizational Units In the Coordination and Follow-up Sector

General Objectives:
Undertaking the coordination and follow-up tasks with relation to the letters, decisions, and referrals that are outgoing from and ingoing to the Ministry; in addition to preparing periodical reports on the levels of accomplishment, the obstacles, and the defects in implementation
Coordination and Follow-up Sector comprises the following departments and organizational units:
  • First: Coordination Department.
  • Second: Coordination and Follow-up Control.
  • Third: Coordination and Follow-up Section.

First: Specializations of Coordination Department:

Undertake supervising the Coordination and Follow-up Control

Second: Specializations of Coordination and Follow-up Control:

Undertake supervising the Coordination and Follow-up Section

Third: Specializations of Coordination and Follow-up Section:

  • Prepare periodical reports on complaints, requests, and inquiries directed to the Minister.
  • Coordinate with the Minister Office Department and the Under-Secretary Office Department to organize field visits and tours of the Minister to the different projects and work sites of the Ministry.
  • Follow-up the accomplishments in the subjects outside the Ministry that are related to the work of the Minister.
  • Create a comprehensive database of statistics, decisions, letters, and transcripts needed by the Minister in his work; and use the assistance of the Technical Office Department of the Under-Secretary when needing such data.
  • Implement and follow-up all instructions issued by the Minister.
