The Contract and Document Department undertakes unifying the general contractual bases of the Ministry through unifying the general conditions and commitments of contracts in the different sectors. In addition, it takes in consideration the different natures of some procedures until such contracts and agreements are signed.
The Contract and Document Department comprises the following sections:
- Contract Section.
- Consultancy Agreements and Studies Section.
- Consultant and Contractor Qualification Section.
