Special-Project Engineering – Implementation Department

The Implementation Department undertakes coordinating with the Contract and Document Department to prepare all contract documents, and complete the offering procedures. It also coordinates with the Document Department to propose a list of contractors to participate in the determined tenders. In addition, it supervises handing over worksites to contractors, in coordination with the Advisory Body, and prepares the start-work order.
