Special-Project Engineering - Consultant Department

The Consultant Department undertakes planning for projects and preparing the pre-design studies, in coordination with the beneficiary and competent entities. It also prepares the estimated cost of projects, in coordination with the beneficiary entities and the Ministry of Planning. Moreover, it participates with the competent entities in nominating the consulting engineering offices to present the financial and technical proposals, in coordination with the Contract and Document Department.
