The Implementation Department undertakes the implementation of the different construction-project engineering contracts.
The Implementation Department comprises the following sections:
- Supervision Section
- Studies Section
The Department undertakes supervising the handing over of worksites to the contractors, in coordination with the Design Department to prepare the start-work orders. It also supervises the implementation of projects, and ensures that the implemented work and the materials used meet the criteria and specifications in the contract. In addition, it prepares the studies for approving contractors.
