Execute,complete and maintenance of Fahaheel highway road (road 30)
The project aims to:
Developing Fahaheel highway (road 30) by
providing additional 2x2 lanes for a highway
near the current track and install it on the
proposed upper bridge.
The bridge’s study extends from Kuwait city (Al
Soor street) until Ahmadi.
 Expected length: )36km( with a minimum of
5 intersections.
The proposed bridge is in two groups:
 The first group is from Ahmadi to the Sixth
Ring road.
 The second group is from the Sixth Ring
road to Kuwait city .
 A bridge construction: first part of Ahmadi to
the Sixth Ring road with a length of 22 km.
 The construction includes the bridge’s
structure, intersections, entrances, services
transport, and traffic & safety services

Agreement of study developing al Fahhel express way (road 30 )
The project aims to:
It aims to raise the capacity of the existing
road and to reduce traffic density in order to
reduce traffic accidents and to upgrade safety
levels on the road.
The project involves the study of the
establishment of a bridge stretching from
Kuwait City and down to Al Ahmadi with
expected length of about 36 km.
The project is divided into three groups:
 The first group starting from Al Ahmadi to
the Sixth Ring Road.
 The second group - starting from the sixth
ring road to Kuwait City.
 The third group - the second part of the
sixth ring road to Kuwait City.
The current status :
 Studying the bids by the committee’s
members.
