The Kuwait Municipality has refused to
extract the regulatory license due to the
lack of the required car parking lots
inside the building. The municipality’s
beneficiary has been addressed and
pledged to use the multi-storey car
parking lots of the building next to the
site by an agreement with the Public
Utilities Company, and currently
awaiting the municipality’s respond
about the subject .
