Planning is considered the base which determines the road to achieve development, as the
Planning Department undertakes the preparation and follow-up of the annual development plan of
the ministry, the five-year development plan, and the government’s work program, and that is by
coordinating with the technical sectors in the ministry and the General Secretariat of the Supreme
Council for Planning and Development, and through these plans we draw the future. That is what
made us able to present to you the ninth issue of the Future Projects Bulletin, which is a quarterly
periodical bulletin that reviews the future vision of the Ministry of Public Works For All Project in
the pre-implementation phases. It is also available on the ministry’s website.
