لوزارة الكــهرباء يتكـوا كـل مبنـى طـابق
أرضــي ويليــة أدوار كمكاتــب مفتوحــة
للموظفي ويلية ســـــــراديب كمواقـت
للسيارات وسـيتم ربـ المبـاني الجديـدة
بالمبــــاني القائمــــة ضــــم الشــــكل
المعمـــــاري الحالى للـوزارتي كمـا سـيتم
عمـل توسـعة لمواقـت السـيارات الحاليـة
وعمــل بعــ التطــويرات فــى المبــاني
القائمة .

تم إصدار كتاب للإستشاري بملحظات الفر يق
الفنــي للــوزارة وجــاري التنســيق مــع إدارة
العقود القانونية لإنهاء الإتفاقيـة بعـد إنتهـ اء
المدة الممنوحة للمكتب الإستشاري .

Two close buildings for the MPW and the Ministry of Electricity
Project location: Ministries area – South Surra
Project area: 137,000 m2
Project components:
 Adjacent building to the Eastern side of the
Ministry of Public Works and a building
adjacent to the western side of the Ministry
of electricity. Each building contains a
ground floor and three floors as offices open
for employees and three basements as car
parking , and the new buildings will be
linked together with the existing buildings
within the architectural form for the current
two ministries. Also there will be a work to
expand the current parking and some
improvements to the current buildings
Current Status:
Designing stage
A letter for the consultant regarding the
observations on the Ministry’s technical team
has been issued, and coordination with the Legal
Contracts Department is in process to terminate
the agreement after the expiration of the period
granted to the Consultant Office
