Pre-designing stage.
The project launch system was changed from the design /
implementation to a complete design, and then present and implement
(consulting agreement)
A letter from the Oversight and Scrutiny regarding updating the list
of the qualified advisory offices has been received, which includes the
office that has been added by them on 07/03/2016
On 06/03/2016, a letter from the beneficiary with their consent and
approval on the terms of reference document
