· · تطويــر وتنظيــم المعاييــر المتبعــة فــي مشــاريع
قطــاع الهندســة الصحيــة لمراحــل التصميــم والتنفيــذ
والتشــغيل وعمــل مكتبــة ورقيــة إلكترونيــة .
· · Review and audit plans and designs for all works related
to the stages of design and implementation.
· · Preparation, review and follow-up of tender documents,
agreements, pre-qualification and the tender and design
processes.
· · Project management and supervision.
· · Providing solutions for engineering and technical
difficulties.
· · Studying and reviewing variation orders and claims
submitted by contractors and consultants.
· · Develop management systems for the sector to manage
projects according to international standards.
· · Training and rehabilitation of sector employees.
· · Develop and organize the standards used in the sector
projects for the stages of design, implementation,
operation and the work of an electronic paper library.
