· · Designing stage.
· · Actual completion rate of the design 96 % .
· · The Advisory office is in the process of extracting the approval of the municipal
council to exclude the building from the height requirement to complete the
work of the fourth phase.
· · The advisory office is in the process of completing all the final plans and
requirements of the project.
· · A letter was received from the Municipality of Kuwait informing us that a report
is being prepared to be submitted to the Municipal Council for the adoption of
elements and components of the project and the required height according to the
regulations and procedures followed.
