The project is an educational cultural center that

includes buildings for theaters, cinema, video & audio

production studio, halls andmuseums, exhibitions and

buildings for the library and Quran drawing classes

and its arts, office buildings for employees in addition

to services such as a restaurant and a mosque .

Designing stage.

Actual completion rate of the design 29.17 % .

On 21/11/2017 a letter was sent to the Advisory

office regarding the amendment of the specifications

to be applied in the projects of the Ministry of Public

Works to protect the buildings from the impact of

groundwater.

On 17/12/2017, a meeting was held with the

Advisory Office to discuss the development of the

project’s design (midphase preview) for the third

phase of the project.
